operating system, how it works and how it should work for you. We either phone or visit with the staff requiring training, where we establish the nature of your business, the everyday tasks carried out by staff, the level of current staff knowledge and the software that your business uses. We then pinpoint any areas of weakness and build a training programme specifically for you based on this criteria. The training is carried out either at your office utilising your staff's familiar environment and equipment. |
