So, how much does it cost?

Our digital transcription service is great value for money and at a competitive rate - the going rate in the UK is between £0.75 and £1.50 per minute of recorded dictation depending on the type of material eg straightforward dictation (one speaker), conference (more than one speaker).

What does this mean to you?  
The reason we charge by the dictated digital minute is so that you know exactly how much the job will cost from  the start.  There are no other costs.  So, for example, if you dictate for 15 minutes, the transcription will cost you £15.00.  Simple!.  Also, transcriptionists are paid by the digital minute, so they know how much they will earn from each job.  

We think this is the fairest  way to operate from all sides.  Imagine, if we charged by the page or line, as some companies do, how could you be sure how much your bill would be until your document was returned?  How can our transcriptionists be sure how much they will be paid until they've finished the job and counted the pages / lines?  How difficult! A flat rate per minute  - so everyone knows what's what!
